Intracoastal Realty was looking for a 30-second television commercial that people could relate to, but also made them laugh.

SOLUTION

This was one of three concepts pitched to Intracoastal. It was filmed it in two locations over the course of one day.

RESULT

Intracoastal Realty has received very positive feedback. This commercial is one of two commercials set to air throughout 2014 and 2015.
